    Hello Daniel,

    There was a temporary issue which should be fixed as we're texting to you. So, if the issue still exists uninstall the app and reload it again. Afterwards, login and a connection should be possible.

    I had to delete and reload the app but now it says I only have the 7 days trial, when I click on Start Abonnement it says it starts the subscription today, although I am already subscribed and already paid. What can I do to use the full version again? Note that I created the avira account only yesterday in order to be able to leave a comment here

    Hello Daniel,

    If you've made the purchase via Apple App Store you need to logout and chose "Restore purchase" at the bottom of the menu. Please make sure that you're logged in with the same Apple ID which you've used for purchasing via the App Store.

    Same thing here! I subscribed for multi devices for my windows laptop and ios but for some reason i cant get to log in to phantom vpn on my iphone via google account..ive had tried changing my avira password to make it work but nothing’s happening if i click log in to google account
