PRIME gets turned off to advertise GET PRO
CompletedSTOP doing that. The license is good until way into next year, 2020.

it looks like the license isn´t inserted correctly in the program. Please uninstall Avira, restart the computer and install the program again. Then you should get the pro version again.

is it possible that you received a microsoft update before it happens again?.
otherwise we would recommend to install our Software again via your MyAvira Account.
-Go to www.avira.de
-On the top right Corner click on "My Account" and login with your mail & password.
-On the left side select Subscriptions and then install your product via the green Button again.
After that your Software / license should work again without problems.

Very possible with Microsoft updates. My Windows 10 Pro is at 1903 and there is a 1909 downloaded, but not installed.
It would be nice to have a feature on our dashboards, or the Avira display window, to re-enter our license rather than re-installing Avira.
I just installed the Microsoft update 1909, it was very small.
After re-booting Avira would not activate, and reported dual instances.
However I do not see mutiple instances of any Avira processes in Task Manager.I will have to uninstall Avira and re-install again.

Same problem. Havent uptaded windows. My avira turned to a free licence although I recieved the recent charge for the current subscription renewal (heard about it from my bank, no Email from Avira or notification). How's that? what did I pay for then?

Well, not quite the same mistake...
Please check under https://my.avira.com in your customer account under "SUBSCRIPTIONS" if the license is listed there.
Did you fill out your e-mail delivery address when ordering the software?
Please make sure that you are logged in to your customer account with the e-mail address,
with which your subscription was purchased. The renewal license will be sent to this e-mail address.
In the customer account with a click on "Install" and the renewal of the license is extended.You can get in touch with our Support Team if you've got a valid license.

You didnt explain why it wasnt the same mistake.
Anyhow, I already checked the subscription listing and the email adress which has not changed since this is an automatic renewal of service, not a new purchase. Already reinstalled, and nothing, besides, the billing doubled to what I subscribed a year ago, that is dishonest and not legal in my country so I already asked for a refund, which acording to you billing partner im going to get soon.
I have to say thou, I was happy with the software, but that kind of disorganization and suden price changes to automatic subscriptions is something I want to stay away from.
