I have had an automatic subscription through apple store for months now. I pay 5euros monthly for VPN on my Mac.
However, now suddenly it doesnt want to show the subscription anymore in my account nor does it want to reactivate it when I click on "restore purchase".
My apple store still shows that I have had a valid subscription and that the next payment should have gone on the 19.of Oct. Ive cancelled the subscription now until this is solved.
What can I do about this? I cant even contact anybody from Avira as it wont let me as supposedly I am not paying customer (which I am!). Horrible customer service, I must add. Like being in twilight zone!
