Windows Defenderウィルス対策とAvira Antivirusの両方が無効になっています。」

 

Avira Freeを使っています。上のメッセージが何度も表示されます。

Aviraは正常に動いています。

Windows Defenderをオンにしてもオフにしても同じです。

どうしたら良いのでしょうか。
