WHO is Avira and why are they messing with my PC? I have not given permissiion nor contracted this company

I want this off my computer. I want  you to stop blocking me from contacting my credit card accounts. I want this "Luke Filewalker" GONE.  I don't know who Avira is. I have One Support protecting my PC, and they have never given me the hassle that Avira does.  It's slowed my PC. Instructions to delete account in 7 days??? I want it gone now.
