    Hello Kelly,

    do you get an error message? Please check if another VPN client is installed, which could interrupt the connection.
    Please also try a reinstallation of the VPN client. Is this helping?

    does this still show me to be in my same city and state?

    I am not sure if I know what your question is about.

     

    If your location is still set to unknown you won't be able to connect at all.

     

    After you chose a location this will be shown in your online activity but don't worry it is only the location of our servers that will displayed so you can't be tracked.

    The VPN location cannot be changed from current lace of India over to australia

    i go through the process and the selection of sydney and perth comes up but nothing happens when i click on one of them
