    Hello Ray,

     

    When you try to delete the item from the quarantine what exactly does the error message tell you?

    Make sure that no program is running in the backround that could be using that file and then try again to delete it.

    You can also change between selecting the single item and "delete all" in the top left corner.

    Please let us know about the outcome.

    Thanks for your advice, the scan is still in progress and was when I attempted to delete the file, so I will wait for the scan to complete and then try again.
