Double Malewarebytes Subscriptions

I have two Malewarebyte Anti-Maleware Premium subscriptions good for two years for five devices.  

Here's a copy of my last two Purchases:

Your purchases Reference no: 154468856   Date: 12/29/2018 Status: Paid Total: $54.95 Client: Malwarebytes Product name Qty. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 2 Year Subscription for PC 5 Reference no: 124691987   Date: 11/29/2017 Status: Paid Total: $119.99 Client: Malwarebytes Product name Qty. Malwarebytes Premium2 Year Subscription 5 I would like to please combine my two subscriptions.   Also, I've been double subscribed to Malewarebytes since 2017, but failed to catch that mistake.  Since that was the case, could I given a free subscription for another two years added on to my existing 2 year subscription which ends 12/29/2020?   Thank you for your consideration.
