    Hello Customer.

    Please check the following link how you can cancel your subscription:

    and please also check if you have maybe 2 different accounts.It seems so when you say on the website there is no activate subscription but in the software there is one.

    Hi, thanks for your reply Felix Bär,

    I think I have same account on both. Just to make sure, how can I check my name account on the software? Because it only shows ''Mein Konto'', when I press it, it appears in the web as above, there is no subcription and in the software still shows ''Prime''

    I have just checked all my email and found out that I do have 2 avira accounts and 1 of them is prime. Thank you very much Felix Bär, now I can see the subcription feature :)

    Hello, 

    I also have the same issue, but when I check my email (I've checked junk/spam) I have no email's from Avira, however I have an account already. I am singed in, I have used the trial and have tried the Avira features.

    How do I cancel the trial if I can't find account confirmation in my email?

    We don't really understand what you're saying.

    So, you have used the trial version.
    What does your Avira customer account say under subscriptions?

    Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
    If you have paid with PayPal, you will have the address used during the order process.

    The community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data may not be processed here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR. Questions regarding your licence or Avira payment processing can only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the GDPR. We do not have access to your customer account here. Thank you for your understanding.

    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the trial version that you used during the ordering process. Your trial version should then be stored in your customer account under Subscriptions.
