The 'unsubscribe' link in your emails us useless...
CompletedThe unsubscribe link in your emails takes you to a page that is utterly useless for unsubscribing from your email lists.
It took me digging around on two different occasions to finally figure out where to unsubscribe. It is not immediately obvious where or how to do it.
There are numerous topics in the community on exactly this subject. Why don't you make the 'unsubscribe' link in your emails go directly to the page where you can unsubscribe?
It feels as if you are intentionally making it difficult to unsubscribe.
Be good Internet citizens.

Hello dlotton,
We can understand that searching on your self for some time can be annoying if it could be much more easier to get to that at least. So we are really happy that you give us Feedback like that, so we can improve this in the future.
I will give this feedback to the correlated department so that they can bring this feedback in on update in the future.

Thank you, Felix.
The unsubscribe link that is currently embedded in the email takes you to a status/control panel page with no information at all about where or how to unsubscribe. The user then has to dig around to find where to do so.
Typical behavior for 'reputable' companies is for these links to either directly unsubscribe the user from the mail list, or to take them directly to a page where they may select their subscription options. I would recommend that Avira follow one of these two models. Otherwise if feels as though you are intentionally trying to obfuscate the unsubscribe process.I appreciate your reply.
Best regards,
Dave L.
