    Hi,

     I have paid for Avira Software Updater Pro 27/10/2019,

    I still didn't receive any instruction from Avira how I can use the service I have paid for...
    I couldn't find the way to contact Avira as a home user.... no phone number no chat, at list I didn't find one
    The email is provided only for business customers... how do I contact Avira if I need it?
    this is terrible...

    Please not for the next time that you need to open your own thread in the community in order to receive a quick reply.

     

    To install and activate your product please log into your customer account under my.avira.com

    Then select "Subscriptions" and click "Install" at your Software Updater license.

    Hi there,
    I am desperately trying to cancel my subscription but it seems impossible, I have already sent emails and can’t call any number from Spain, the toggle to do so obvious doesn’ t work. How can I do? Next step will be going to my bank and stop the billing process...
