    Hello Benjamin,

    In this case, the different systems already received our upcoming new version which is currently rolled-out to a couple of users. Sadly you cannot force this process to get the new version at any time. So you need to be patient and wait until roll-out is completed. Please note that this process can and will take some time.

    What if I now bought premium on my laptop, which has the Avira Security and then log into Avira on my Computer - would I get the new Version?

    And maybe a little off-topic, but if I bought the family plan for 25 devices, how does that work with different users? Could I theoretically have 25 users with one device each, or is it only say five users with five devices each?

    Hello Benjamin,

     

    As Arthur already said, it's not possible to force this process, unfortunately.

    The Prime license for 25 devices is the same as the prime license for 5 devices only with the different, that you can, of course, secure up to 25 devices. You have 1 useraccount which the license is activated for and then you can use it to up to 25 devices.

    Which settings beyond that you will create is in your own hand.

    You can secure all the devices of the whole family... or only your own devices and so one.
