    Hello Fabricio,

    We would like to inform you that we have removed the Family Locator feature from the Avira Customer Account.

    After having done some internal analyses and investigations we have decided to remove this feature. We will reevaluate the need for such a service in the future and potentially reintroduce it but in another and more suitable format.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Note: the feature for locating your devices is still available in our antivirus app for Android and iOS devices.

    Thanks for the feedback.

     

    I believe that if the functionality is set exclusively for users who subscribe to the Pro version of the android application, it would be a good attractive for more users to purchase this version.

     

    Anyway thank you for the quick feedback.
