VPN connects but at low 70MB

I have a paid VPN account and have enjoyed watching movies etc.  For the past two months the connection is so slow, 70 MB, that I cannot watch anything. Your tech support is really lousy.  I am paying for VPN and I cannot use it.

  Hello Judy,

   

  It always depends on the server location you choose and the stability of your connection.

  Yes VPN does take away a bit of your connections speed but it shouldn't be too noticeable.

  Also I am pretty sure that 70 MB is still enough to watch everything even in 4K.

  Maybe you can submit your ticket number so I can check on what was already done by our support.
