No licence?
CompletedI pay yearly €99.95 for prime. When I log in and want to put a question I get the message "no licence". What is wrong.

Without activated license no contact via support is possible - "no license". After successful activation of the license, it should be possible to contact support.
There was a problem with Avira Software Updater: https://support.avira.com/hc/de/community/posts/360008515278-Pro-and-updates
Has it been deactivated or uninstalled?Can this be the problem?
