Password manager - Licence time out after 2 months
CompletedHello friends,
I suscribed to AVIRA PASSWORD MANAGER in november 2019, and it's a good product.
But today, i have noticed that the software proposes me to become PRO ! so i have checked and my licence has disappeared, i'm not PRO anymore, just after 2 months.
I dont understand as i pay via PayPal monthly and i havent modified anything, Email, PayPal account etc ...
I let some screenshot so you can see the problem, dont hesitate to contact me by PM for the licence number & cleverbridge reference.

What I can see in our sytem is that in your account and for that license the automatic renewal was deactivated = subscription canceled.
So the license expired normally on 02.January 2020. To use the software again you have to re-buy a new license for that software.
