Ive paid for AVira Optimization Suite - and dont have it !

Hi Avira,

 

Ive paid for Avira Optimization suite now I see there is no licence in the software.

Is this some kind of internet money scam ?

If there is no licence - then refund my money so that i can buy Norton instead.

  The same thing has happened to me. For the past two years £38.99 has come out of my account for nothing. Have contacted Cleverbridge and am still awaiting a refund.
