PUP.Optional.Legacy Chrome Avira SafeSearch Plus extension

Hi, I have Malwarebytes Premium installed which does not give me any kind of problem in the scan, but if I run Adwcleaner it is a "PUP.Optional.Legacy Chrome Avira SafeSearch Plus extension". After removing it through Adwcleaner, on the next restart Google Chrome installs it again even if I deny the authorization.
The result of Adwcleaner is also attached.

  Hello Renato,

   

  Instead of uninstalling the SafeSearch Plus with any Third-Party product, I would recommend to simply deactivate the browser extension in the extension settings of Chrome.
