AV Updates have stopped working
I have multiple Windows 10 PCs running Avira Antivirus Pro. These machines are configured to take AV signature updates from my local Avira Mirror server. Around 5 days ago the updates stopped working. When I check my PCs I can see that the "Local update" field on the PC Protection > Update dialog is blank (it should have the address of my mirror server). The PC then tries to get its updates from the internet and it cannot (blocked for business reasons) and so gets no update. Does anyone know why the update config settings have been lost ?

Maybe I have a similar problem but just about one PC running with W10 (last update 01/2020) : impossible to activate the automatic update. I can't start manualy the scan too with a pop-up error "Not enough memory" but 5 Go used / 3 Go available !).

Yeah, I have the same problem. Avira free too simply stops updating after four weeks of, otherwise, trouble-free performance.
It looks like a registry entry is set to switch the updater off and disconnect Avira from internet, but I was unable to identify it in Win 10. I thought at first it was just an updater but then I tried to login to Avira site from the AV control panel and it told me that "the content is not available offline" - while I was connected to the internet.
I checked the firewall but that was not the problem. So it would have to be a registry entry. But why is Avira Pro doing the same thing? A bug in the code?
