Avira shutting off updates for Windows 7

If this is correct I would like to get a refund for the amount of time I have left on my subscription.!

  As a short summary: We still provide updates for Avira versions running with Windows 7.

  Also please keep in mind that - as Marcus already mentioned - there won't be any updates from Microsoft for Windows 7, so you should think about to upgrade your operating system.

  Our products do not contain such functionality, if updates are available to your Windows 7, they should install.

  On the other hand, please keep in mind that Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows 7, so no new updates will be created for it.
