    Hello Daniel.

    If you buyed the Program via the Apple Store, then we cant help you in this case, because the license is not synchronized with your system database.

    What you can do to solve the Problems in the future. Cancel the subscription from the apple store and order the programm directly from our Store. In that case we can always look into your data and give you exact help if there is any problems.

    For your problem now, try to uninstall the software again and to install it again / restore the purchase via the apple store and and check what happens.

    I cannot acces VPN on any device my phone says only 100mb and can't do anything on amazon firestick Does not even show on my Windows 10 thinking off csncelling, your site is very misleading it is not really a VPN is it
