Unable to connect
I've only used 19% (195.25MB out of 1.00GB) this month, but still it doesn't allow me to connect to Russia anymore. Is there something i'm missing? I really wanna know whenever it's a common issue or if it requires a pro version to connect. I did consider paying for it but since this whole connection issue is new for me i actually don't know what's wrong, if it's just not "free" anymore, or if there's some kind of issue. All other countries are available except the one i want to connect to.

Hello.
It could happen that server locations are no longer available for different reasons (No longer supported, because of technical difficults). But I can tell you that the Russian server is also gone for the paid version.
I will check if there is any further information of that, why the server is no longer available and if they come back. But for no this is everything i can tell you, sorry.

I am having the same problem and have tried to leverage every virtual location in the US with the same results "Unable to Connect." What is Avira doing to correct the problem as I have paid for a service that currently can/t use/does not work?
