Hi - just bought ios subscription- set up app - seemed fine. Restarted iPhone and VPN icon not showing in top left bar. Please check

  Hello Luke,

  To start Avira Phantom VPN launch the app and tap on connect. Also, make sure that you've allowed Avira Phantom VPN to add a VPN profile to your iOS device.

  Hi my VPN CONNECTION WILL NOT STAY ON.my email has somehow also been deleted.i only just bought subscription a week ago.please help

  Not sure this is your problem. But I bought the locense from within the app on the App Store. It would not activate and my license didn’t show in my Avira account. Once I followed these steps from Apple support it worked fine:
