Very slow start time for Avira antivirus
Hi. My Avira Free Antivirus making starting time of my Windows 8.1 x64 (Core i5 3.3 GHz, 8GB of RAM) VERY slow (more than 5 minutes). I see my desktop but I can't launch any application, even Task Manager by hotkeys, also I cannot reboot the PC (only hardware reset). Issue appeared after updating of Avira on 14th of February. Uninstalling the antivirus (not Avira Suite itself) eliminating the issue, but I don't want to reject AV I've used for last 6 years. I tried to reinstall the antivirus and full reinstalling of Avira suite. It didn't help. Also I disabled checking of MBR, boot sectors and toolkit searching, but it didn't help too.
System log shows Avira service hanged right after starting. Last "freeze" was about 15 minutes.
forgot to write: any applications launched while system is "frozen" begin to work after apearing Avira umbrella on taskbar. After Avira begin to overload HDD for a time.
I also checked my HDD sectors and its SMART parameters, all is good.
