    Unfortunately we are not able to support languages other than English and German on this board. You are a paying customer, you can log in to your Avira account and also receive support in French.

    Please be so kind and send us your question in one of these languages - and even better directly to the Avira support team. There you will find your Avira customer account with your personal data and it can be answered in French
