Google Drive File Stream conflict

It looks like Avira antivirus decides to scan the whole Google Drive File Stream at some random point, rendering my computer unusable because CPU goes 100% forever, even sometimes the computer freezes or Google Drive starts spitting errors. Any way to stop Avira from doing that?

  Well, you can set up an exclusion for the installation path of Google Drive:

  It appears that on a Mac configuring exclusion is not possible... But upgrading to latest Avira + latest Google File stream, then the Mac will freeze up from time to time (appears to be related to accessing files in Finder)

  The solution that propose Dimitry doesn't work. The  avguard.conf file doesn`t exist at that location. Need to disable real time scan for stops my mac freezes and eventuallity crash and restart by itself...
