CompletedYou have quit providing support for Windows XP, several months prior to my paid for subscription!...I would like to inform you that I will not entertain any further charges from your company! And if you were worth your salt you should refund the remaining funds for the rest of the subscription. You didn't provide any warning of you intentions, just shut off the update capability. Poor, Poor!

Hello Thomas,
We've supported Windows XP for about 5 years since the EOL of Windows. Also, we cannot see which operating system is used by your subscription.
Please take a look here:
If you want to use another operating system, you can use your valid license there as well. Also, we highly recommend not to use Windows XP as there aren't any security updates provides from Microsoft and other vendors as well.
