Unauthorized money from Paypal

I did not make a purchase but  42.95 euro was deducted from my Paypal account today. They will withdraw money from your account without you making any purchase before.

 

I tried to contact Avira but have not received any mail yet. Not even a confirmation.

I withdrew automatic payment from Paypal because I dont want this to happen anymore.

  Would you please be so kind as to provide us with a copy of your contact with Avira?
  We will then see whether this debit requires a further and more intensive check, as here have already mentioned the warning "be careful with Avira..." and your "They will withdraw money from your account without you making any purchase before." (Today the 2nd warning !)

  You could see the check of your account settings in the above mentioned thread and it seems that they could not clarify the PayPal booking €42.95.
  Here the community is a user2user forum, publicly accessible for everyone. We have no access to your Avira customer account here.
