Tap Adapter - VPN does't connect since Windows 10 update, reinstall did not help.

My VPN doesn't connect and gives a error "TAP Adapter don't exist or disconnected".

My AVIRA licence is the PRO, and my SO is WIN10 1903.

Product Version: 15.0.2003.1821

Please provide me a solution, I have the paid version of VPN that I can not use that is causing insecure connection.
