License renewal problems
Hello,
I have an Avira "Total Security Suite" license, which expired on April 6, 2020. On April 1st, the automatic renewal of the subscription of € 84.95 was scheduled, and took place on April 3, with the confirmation of the accounting date on my Postepay card. But on April 4, I received an email from Avira, explaining that my payment had not been processed, therefore I have to perform the procedure manually and to pay another time. Now my license is still not renewed. I would like to ask for clarifications on this issue.
