connecting to Phantomm VPN

Good day , I have the Optimization suite AVIRA anti virus.It says that the VPN is installed, but each time I connecte it,  it disconnects from the WIFI. then the connection comes back because the Wifi connects automaticly, and drop again ....

Is there anything to be done to use the VPN ?
