Avira Free Security wont show me my quarantined files

Avira quarantined files that i want restored. I checked the knowledgebase but that shows a menu that my version does not have.

  Avira has a VERY poor program design. 
  
  Try viewing your .qua files with....some other avira executable....Why the hell there are 2 avira executables with completely different menu functions ??? The other executable is only accessible, as far as I know, from control panel -> system and security -> avira anti virus. Tell me if it worked out for you.

  Now, for some reason, I don't even see the other executable. It had disappeared from control panel...
