    Hello Monica.

    There is no option that this behaviour comes just from installing the Avira Software.

    It Seems that something else is denying the access all the time. Or is this messages are still showing now after the uninstall of the software?.

    Which Software from Avira did you installed? Only the Antivirus Software or other parts, too?.

     

    For a deeper look into that mess, it would make sense to contact the support directly via email.

    They have some possibilities to send you an analyze tool and to look more exactly into the whole process.
