    You are a paying customer, you can log in to your Avira account and also receive support by the Support-Team:

    There you will find your contract documents and for technical things or installation problems there are further investigation possibilities. These are not available to us here in our user2user community.

    Please contact the support team directly with your inquiry about the problem.

    Is it possible that the remains of an old installation have not been uninstalled?
