    Hello,

If you encounter a false-positive detection feel free to submit this file directly to our APL (Avira Protection Lab):

    https://www.avira.com/en/analysis/submit

The colleagues will reanalyze this file and correct the detection.

    Best,

    Hello Ali,

If you are a paying customer with a valid license you have access to the support team directly from your customer account at  https://my.avira.com   left side via ⇒ Support. Otherwise,  you can send your request to the community here.

If something is still unclear, please let us know, we are happy to help.

Best wishes and a nice weekend

You want people to pay for your product just to fix false positives in your product?

Or is there a way to deal with this without support?  If there's any way to identify where in the source the problem is, I can just modify that section.

In my case, I'm using Visual Studio 2019 and the project is a simple C# utility for personal use.

    Hello Zolxys,

No, you don't have to pay to report anything. As a paying customer, support can already be contacted directly.

In this case your contribution will be forwarded to

Mr. Arthur Lukas Huptas, Avira Manager Community

for further processing on Monday at the earliest.

The community can be reached at the weekend, but requests that require further review will not be processed until Monday.
Is it ok for you? Sorry if I have formulated this incomprehensibly.

Best wishes and a nice weekend
