VPN causing problems with Epsom printer / scanner wireless connection
I was curious about what has been causing several problems with Epson Workforce WF-2650 printer. It's been loosing connection sometimes not allowing to print and yesterday it started messing with my scanner, I even called the Epson Company up for help but we ended up uninstalling the scanner and then it wouldn't let me reinstall the drivers for the scanner, we tried several times. I can't allow this to interfere with my printer because I use it all the time in my business. So since you people are so hard to contact I will be installing your software that controlling and causing all of this grief . Thank You . Greg & Donna Berry .
My printer is down now and I can't get support for the drivers I had to uninstall because of the VPN Phantom. I regret getting this anti virus on my PC and cell phones. Hell you even block web sites that I need to get on for my business. Just who do you think you are. Really.!

did you already try to uninstall Avira Phantom VPN just to double check if it's the VPN software that's causing the issues?
We would be happy to help you out, but we need more information about the system you are using and the exact error you are receiving. Furthermore, please let us know which exact websites we are blocking, so we can review those.
