AVIRA INTERNET SECURITY - PURCHASE ON APRIL 26, 2020

I purchased the annual subscription to Avira Internet Security for R $ 81.99 on 26.04.2020, through the Avira website with my VISA credit card. At the time of purchase, the system displayed my email, <E-Mail removed to your own protection>, but I switched to another email,<E-Mail removed to your own protection>, which I use the most. I entered both emails and there was no link to download the application. I think that was the problem. In my credit card account the amount has already been debited.
When I try to receive the download files, it reports the following message:
No paid plan
You are not a subscriber to any active paid plan
I would like you to help me solve the problem. Temporarily I am using avira free, but I want to install the application I purchased, Avira Internet Security.

Prezados Senhores,
Adquiri a assinatura anual do Avira Internet Security por R $ 81,99 em 26.04.2020, através do site da Avira com meu cartão de crédito VISA. No momento da compra, o sistema exibia meu email,<E-Mail removed to your own protection>, mas eu mudei para outro email, <E-Mail removed to your own protection> , que eu mais uso. Pesquisei nos dois e-mails e não havia link para baixar o aplicativo. Eu acho que esse foi o problema que ocorreu. Na minha conta do cartão de crédito, o valor já foi debitado.
Quando tento receber os arquivos de download, ele reporta a seguinte mensagem:
Nenhum plano pago
Você não é assinante de nenhum plano pago ativo
Gostaria que você me ajudasse a resolver o problema. Temporariamente, estou usando o avira gratuitamente, mas quero instalar o aplicativo que adquiri, o Avira Internet Security.

Your email addresses have been removed for your protection.
The problem will be the unassigned email address.
You have a receipt for your payment. There is a reference number or transaction code (PayPal) that you can use to ask Cleverbridge about your license:https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/articles/203155800-How-can-I-contact-the-cleverbridge-Customer-Support-Team-
The license will be activated to the customer account with the email address used at the time of purchase. The invoice address must be the same as the email address in your account.
Have you ever entered the e-mail address with which you received the invoice?If you do not find any subscriptions in your account, it probably means that you are not logged in with the email address you used to receive the invoice.
