    Hello Julian,

    This problem can be caused by an Android update that resets permissions.

    In this case, please deactivate the device administrator for Applock+ and Antivirus Security under Security in the settings of your smartphone. Then you can uninstall Antivirus Security, including Applock+.

    This procedure must be performed in the safe mode of the device directly after the restart, otherwise, the settings are locked.

    The procedure for the safe mode depends on the device manufacturer.

    Please deactivate the device administrator as soon as possible (you may have to repeat this procedure) and uninstall the Antivirus Security App. You can then reinstall the app, as the permissions will be rewritten.
