Reinstalation of avira continue failing

I migrated my hdd to sdd and reinstall the avira free however I get the error message "Avira.OE.Setup.Msi.msi missing" then I found did all of the following post https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360008046697-Reinstallation-of-avira-fails-, but I'm unable to intall the antivirus all the other avira programs got installed, please help. I'm running a Win 7 32-bit SO with 4GB of RAM
