I have been trying for days to get access to my Avira account. The login says it has successfully sent an SMS to my registered phone but I do not receive it, and your support system will not let me raise a ticket using my regular email address so I have logged in using a new unpaid gmail account.
I would very much appreciate it if someone could contact me directly so that we can sort this out.
I have posted messages to your support channels on FB Messenger and Twitter but had no response at all.
