2FA sms message not received for paid Avira Prime account

    A ticket has been created for you on Twitter and you will receive a reply from there.

    If you have purchased a license, and this is absolutely necessary to log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license.

    Check the e-mail address in the registration, it must be identical to the e-mail address with which you received the invoice. If you paid with PayPal - then check the delivery address!
    From here we only have this e-mail connection as a contact possibility.

    Unfortunately we can't help you here, this will be done via your created ticket.

    You understand that I cannot log into my account because your system is not sending me the verification code that I need?. The system tells me it is sending the code and references the correct ending for my phone number, but nothing arrives.

    I have had a paid Avira service for over 5 years - I know which email is associated with that account and I'm using it.

    When you say a ticket has been created for me on Twitter what do you mean? I have not received anything there as yet... and my message to your support desk there was created days ago.
