Phantom VPN Subscription

Hello, I just bought a monthly subscription for the phantom vpn on my iphone and it still shows I'm on the trial version (with only 1gb of data) and if I try to purchase again it, the apple store says I already purchased it.
I also cannot use the application, it doesn't work.
