  Please describe in more detail what is your problem with the activation.

  How you have already proceeded, if you have bought in the Avira Online Shop, if it has ever worked. What you find in your customer account under Subscriptions?

  You have created a ticket on Saturday and Monday at the Support Team. Without your very precise information - you'll understand - they also will not be able to help you.
