Depuis 2 mois mon compte est débité d'un abonnement de 9,95 € suite à un essai gratuit sans que j'ai fait la demande, sans accord de ma part et sans profiter de cet abonnement étant toujours sur le service gratuit.
Impossible de joindre Avira par mail en direct ou par téléphone
En espérant que ce mot arrivea à vos services et bénificiera d'une réponse
Je souhaite rester avec l'abonnement gratuit
