Issues with antimalware
CompletedI recently downloaded the free version of malwarebytes since I heard that it can cover area of protection that antivirus can't on it's own. And that it could actively and safely work alongside existing antivirus.
However each time I've done a scan and malwarebytes has found suspicious files, when I select to quarantine them, an avira notification pops up saying access to registry was blocked.
Is there some step I can do in either my avira settings or malwarebytes settings to make sure one doesn't interfere with the other?

Hello Thomas,
Well, if Malewarebytes accessing the Windows Registry every antivirus software needs to react as this could be also a suspicious behavior. So if you want to use Malewarebytes along with Avira you are in need to deactivate Avira for a scanning process of MWB.
Maybe the guys of MWB can assist you in configuring their product as we aren't able to provide you further assistance in this topic.

Problem solved, I found a support software on malwarebytes, it was able to scan and patch the problem.
