    Unfortunately we are not able to support languages other than English and German on this board. So please be so kind and send us a request with one of these languages.

    Our Premium Customer Service is available also for French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish

    The support team can answer technical questions and initiate investigations to which we have no access here - in a publicly accessible forum.

    Hello,
    I installed Avira Prime Antivirus to Windows 7 professional 64bit. I have desktop remote access through LAN using 2 terminals which don't have the antivirus installed.
    This is the issue I have: after a few minutes, the network management system starts working very slowly. However, it goes back to normal operation when I uninstall the antivirus. FYI, I added the folder, management system executable files as an exception, but the problem still remains.

    There, technical questions can be clarified and further investigations are possible from there, which we do not have access to here in the Community.
    Occasionally, queries are necessary, which may not be processed here in a publicly accessible forum (especially if personal data is required) - Basic data protection regulation GDPR.
