i installed avira and it high jacked my computer. I have been trying to uninstall it for months. nothing will uninstall it. I have used the most powerful uninstallers on the market. but nothing works. your software has distroyed my computer. i have tried to get a response from the company but i have gotten nothing. i am telling everyone on my facebook page and on my web site what shitty software you have and what a bunch of non responsive asshole you are. my question to you is how many pissed off consumers like me does it take before the word gets around to stay away from your products?

  First of all, I can understand that situations can be annoying. 

  Especially when you want to uninstall something and it doesn't work well.

  Nonetheless, I would ask you to write here in an appropriate tone, because we just want to help you. Thank you for that.

   

  Now to your actual problem:

  What exactly don't work during the uninstall of the software?. Did you get any error messages?

  For uninstall please follow only the thing on Step 1 (Step 2 is for a new installation again).
