Installation Error

Please, what can I do?

When installing the free Avira I got undefined error and was addressed to this URL for solving the problem:

I followed all those steps and I could not to install Avira.
Along the time I found out in the log files, among others, the errors below. For correcting them I searched in the internet all instrutions relatives to them and executed them, without can correct the problem.
