Host file blocked and Google Chrome
From last 2-3 days Avira give me this warning every few mins:
As far as I can understand - some proces trying to mess with:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
But... which one? I've notice when I stop Google Chrome - warning stop occurring, but there is no clear indication which process cause that. It's Chrome itself (maybe because of some update with build in antivirus)? Or some extensions? How to check it out?
My hosts file looks OK (no extra entries added). I don't have many extensions installed, and all of them are popular with good review.
Any idea how to track this suspicious software? I can't find any logs / details in Avira itself.

Hello Paulina,
I recommend you to run a full scan on your device and also check the quarantine for any anomalies.
https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003064897-How-do-I-run-a-full-virus-scan-
To make sure you are using a clean system I would then continue with a virus cleanup:

This usually should fix any issues, if it should persist, please let me know.
Thank you and best,Dominik Kowalski
