Avira and Outlook PST file

after a detection in an e-mail containing a suspicious file, when I open Outlook 2016, the .pst file 
related to the account containing the suspicious file is no longer accessible ("Unable to access file C: \ Users \ giancarlo \ Outlook file \ giancarlo *******. pst "). Insufficient permissions.
There is nothing in the Quarantine because after the detection I indicated "Ignore this time".
But after the antivirus scan, I can no longer access that file with Outlook.
