    Fresh install of Avira and exact same problem. Brand new system. Win10.

    Unfortunately, you have not provided us with any information.

    • OS - Win 10, current with all updates? Version number?
    • Which Avira version (free or paid version, single version or bundle?)
    • Paid version, is it displayed in the customer account under ABOS?
    • Which uninstallation did you perform? (Manual reinstallation?) Please describe your exact procedure.

    Latest win10 version, latest updates as of today. 20H2.

    Latest downloadable install of Avira as of today available from your website.

    Free version.

    Brand new notebook so no previous install. Tried rebooting a couple times but no difference.

    Same blank login dialog as image above. Everything else seems to work including Avira updates.

    Same thing happened to me I just downloaded on a new computer win 10 and a blank screen happened. so irritating

    Fresh Avira install on a freshly built PC, with a fresh install of windows 10 pro (installed it on 10, upgraded since 11 beta 22000.194) didn't have this issue on my other systems, although those were home versions... Tried reinstalling Avira a few times before/after OS update but still having the problem.

    Greylan - If you're using Windows 11 we sadly cannot provide any support yet as this version is still in beta.

    @... - Are you using some kind of web blocking software? Which installation kit do you use?

    Sorry i forgot this till i saw an email ---

     

    • Windows 8.1
    • Avira free single version

    UNINSTALL: First i used the uninstaller normally, then manually removed all folders i could find related to Avira and company, and i also did a manual search in the reg for anything  and deleted them too. It should have got everything off. 

    Then i did a new install of latest with a new folder (directory). 

    I do have some web blocking software but Avira is whitelisted and it didnt affect it before.

    I have been having the same issue. It had worked when I first downloaded it. But when I tried to open the app later on it shows a blank page.

    Yeah I have blank screen as well on mine and just signed up for the 60 trial to see how it goes.

    • What trial version (exact description) are you trying to install?
    • Have you checked your license credentials in your customer account?
    • Please give us a detailed description of how you installed it.
    • What do you find under Subscriptions in your Avira customer account?
    • Which instructions did you follow?

    Same i have blank screen too, fresh instal couple days ago, win 10 auto update with new version. This is big problem because alot of user experience it. Theres something wrong, and reply doesnt help just saying need more info blabla, info is here.
